Our Mission

At FreeGovernmentiPhone.info, powered by the National Device Access Initiative, we are on a mission to ensure that every eligible American can access modern digital tools—starting with a free smartphone and wireless plan. We believe that staying connected is a fundamental need, not a privilege.

Whether it's applying for jobs, accessing telehealth, completing online education, or staying in touch with family, a reliable smartphone is a critical part of life in 2025. Through federally backed programs like Lifeline and the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP), we guide individuals through the process of securing their free government iPhone, safely and quickly.

Sarah Coleman

Executive Director

Sarah is a public service veteran with over 12 years of experience. She founded the Initiative to improve tech accessibility and oversees operations, partnerships, and public advocacy.

Marcus Alvarez

Director of Technical Services

Marcus ensures all applicant data is securely handled and users are directed to FCC-approved providers. He leads our user experience and security protocols.

Jennifer Li

Community Outreach Manager

Jennifer leads our educational efforts and state-level outreach. She’s helped connect over 15,000 underserved users to government phone benefits.

Ethan Grant

Eligibility Specialist

Ethan verifies document requirements and provides one-on-one support to ensure smooth navigation through the National Verifier, reducing application denials.
